I grew up in a small Maine town with limited international food. While in college, I tasted pad Thai for the first time – as simple as it sounds, and it changed my life. My passion for global flavors became easy to indulge when I graduated and moved to New York City to work in international finance. After several years of working in finance and dreaming about food, I finally decided to make my passion into a business in the form of Takeout Kit.
