Basic recipe: mix 1 cup of masa corn flour and 1 cup of water into a bowl until dough forms (3+ minutes). Roll the dough into 1'' balls. Flatten each ball by placing in the middle of the press and applying pressure. Rotate and press a second time. Cook for about 1 minute on each side in a frying pan.
